New Master Services Agreement Announced with Alan Plummer Associates

Houston, TX, March 1, 2009 – R7 Solutions announced today the signing of a Master Services Agreement with Alan Plummer Associates, Inc., a fast-growing environmental and water resources engineering firm based in Fort Worth, Texas and with offices in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas, Texas and Pascagoula, Mississippi.

Under the agreement, R7 Solutions will provide APAI and its clients with direct access to sophisticated geospatial and business process management solutions for water and wastewater system management as well as expert GIS software development and support services on a first-priority basis.
