R7 Solutions Launches Enterprise BPM Development Project for Coates Field Service

Houston, TX, December 10, 2008 – R7 Solutions announced an agreement today to provide a national productivity solution and business process management (BPM) system for Coates Field Service, Inc., the nation’s first land and right-of-way acquisition services company.
The new BPM system will manage and provide real-time reporting on all aspects of Coates Field Service right-of-way process through a web application that will be designed, hosted and managed by R7 Solutions.

The new application will provide remote offices and field agents with a comprehensive business process management system, including project initiation and setup, agent assignment, access management, task and parcel data management, parcel and line annotation, owner contact logs, easement and acquisition document preparation, file and image indexing and storage, and ongoing line list management. The system will also provide automated client reporting and a client self-service portal.
