HOUSTON, TX, April 23, 2005 – Leading Houston commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm McAlister & Co. finalized an agreement today to purchase an on-demand GeoRoom map-based real estate research and business process management system from R7 Solutions. The system will be used to aid in the research and analysis of properties for purchase or pre-development activities, and well as in the management of the brokerage and investment process.

The system will provide the firm with a map-based real estate research and project management system with boundaries, roads, high resolution aerials, local land parcel data, school districts, waterways, hazards, and a wide variety of other map features while requiring the firm to purchase no additional hardware, software or specialized IT services to support the system.
